A bit like a Sbagliato, the Aperol Spritz is an irresistibly bubbly concoction that's perfect before supper
or on a sunny Saturday afternoon!
Aperol Spritz
3 oz Prosecco
2 oz Aperol
soda water
orange slice
Combine ingredients in a highball glass with ice; garnish with an orange slice.
Notes: This cocktail recipe couldn't be simpler–one more reason to love this low-alcohol drink! Aperol is Campari's less tart cousin, but this bitter sipper can be a bit of an acquired taste; safe to say that if you enjoy grapefruit juice and black tea, you'll likely love an Aperol Spritz–cheers!

I have no idea what Aperol is, but I don't care because this drink looks so rich and gorgeous. And Prosecco! Love the stuff.
