It's been a big week over here (but much, much less exciting than the one before), and I'm ready to celebrate! While you'll catch me sipping a piña colada or an Airmail on Friday evenings, you'll just as often find John and I tucking into classic ice cream sundaes. We love hot fudge and walnuts with organic vanilla bean ice cream from
Straus Family Creamery or
Three Twins-tell me, how do you like your ice cream?

I guess I'm kind of plain when it comes to ice cream. I just like lemon. If I feel adventurous I'll go for a scoop of hazelnut too :)
ReplyDeletemmm love love ice cream. i like either cookie dough or mint chocolate chip (it has to be the bright green kind). i also really love lemon sorbet :) have a wonderful weekend. xoxo jcd

ReplyDeleteYum! I love a cherry topped sundae. My favorite is vanilla with hot fudge and salted spanish peanuts.
ReplyDeleteThis is adorable, and totally reminds me of the sundae cart at my grandfather's resort that my brother and I would get to choose from after our meals at the restaurant there...It was a big silver cart that would get wheeled to our table and we could choose all of our toppings for our sundaes in glass dishes just like these :)
ReplyDeleteI love Italian gelati, and my favorita one is pistacchio as I already mentioned few days ago... and here in Germany I go for vanilla with hot fudge... Kisses and have a creamy weekend!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat fun! I am a vanilla girl, yet I love a good gelato or sorbet. Nick takes his ice cream in any form!

ReplyDeleteyou read my mind with that sundae! Weekends are for indulgence, right? Right. I unapologetically like my ice cream with gummie bears.

I'm pretty simple when it comes to frozen treats - mint chocolate chip or coconut sorbet are my faves, but I must admit, the one you described sounds delish!
ReplyDeleteGlad your week has been full! Makes it that much faster until Friday! Happy weekend, Lena!
ReplyDeleteIt really depends on the ice cream. I can be very specific on where I go to get mine. Currently I'm obsessed with Molly Moons and eat it straight up in a handmade waffle cones.
ReplyDeleteHooray for Friday indeed! Your picture definitely makes me want to celebrate! xo style, she wrote
