This week I'm saying cheers a bit early and skipping out of the office to celebrate the Fourth of July. John and I will certainly be sipping a bit of Champagne this holiday weekend in honor of our anniversary, but if you're looking for something a bit more patriotic, I'm also planning to pull out the blender and give this Fireworks Daiquiri a try. After all, a long summer weekend's practically begging for a slushy coconut, strawberry-watermelon and passion fruit cocktail–cheers, and Happy Independence Day!

ReplyDeleteI love fun champagne cocktails. They're so much easier to drink than a regular cocktail. I have a feeling I'll be enjoying this margarita inspired drink all summer long!
