This week I'm loving delicately messy cakes and classic cake toppers, warm San Francisco summer afternoons and small glasses of rosé, and of course, lots of lovely inspiration! Tell me, what are you loving this week?
This chic San Francisco celebration photographed by Julie Mikos and featured on Elizabeth Anne Designs is providing major inspiration right now.
This classic Kentucky fête by Honey Hart Photography from The Birmingham Bride is positively beautiful.
This Art Deco ballroom wedding captured by Ryan Flynn Photography via Ruffled is chock full of sequins, furs and dazzling details.
This non-traditional Sonoma celebration photographed by Silvana di Franco and featured on Snippet & Ink is absolutely stunning, and gives me confidence about my less-than-traditional choices!

ReplyDeleteThat cake is so cool. I love the organic approach with the traditional topper. Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteYou had me at art deco! And who wouldn't want two wedding dresses!
ReplyDeleteThat cake!!! I love it - that it doesn't have too much frosting and the pale pink roses...as elegant. And for a wedding cake, it looks really delicious instead of merely pretty :)
ReplyDeleteI meant "so elegant"...and those are ranunculus not roses (right?).
DeleteRanunculus indeed–I've been smitten with them lately!
DeleteI think I'm loving "delicately messy" everything! It may be my new mantra when dealing with life's beautiful messes :-)
