Lindsey & Michael

Lindsey and Michael may have grown up together, but it wasn't until a chance meeting years later at a bar that the two became a couple–and not long after, they decided to tie the knot! Coordinator Lynne Enos helped the couple to plan their picture perfect Cape Cod wedding in a palette of navy blue and blush.

The bride spent years working in fashion and had long dreamed about her perfect wedding dress; her Reem Acra gown with its layers of tulle and organza and twisted raw silk bodice fulfilled all her little girl fantasies. Diamond studs and a tennis bracelet, along with a simple veil and a full bouquet of white blooms by Lilacs Floral Design elegantly completed Lindsey's bridal look. Her dozen bridesmaids wore floor length Joanna August dresses in shades of blush and nude, while Michael and his passel of groomsmen looked handsome in navy suits from Bonobos and striped Brooks Brother's ties.

A navy and white stationery suite by Ruby the Fox set the tone for Lindsey and Michael's celebration–classic with a touch of whimsy. After a traditional Catholic ceremony at St. Elizabeth Seton, the new Mr and Mrs headed to Oyster Harbors Club where a row boat full of beer welcomed guests to the reception. Every detail, from custom made pillows to match the invitation envelope liners for the Adirondack chairs on the lawn to lush arrangements of white and green blooms by Lilacs Floral Design, was as impeccable as the cloudless Cape Cod sky. After the newlyweds cut into their 4 tier confection from Delicious Desserts, they spent their first evening as husband and wife just as they had on the night they reconnected–cutting a rug on the dance floor with a little help from SOHO of Night Shift Entertainment. And luckily for the couple, Sweet Monday Photography captured every dreamy detail from their big day.
