I haven't invested in a bottle of St. Germain, but this delightfully simple cocktail has me rethinking the liqueurs in our cabinet! I bet a Cremant d'Alsace rosé would be absolutely lovely paired with elderflower–and wouldn't you know, I have a bottle chilling in the fridge. Happy Friday!
La Rosette
1/2 oz St. Germain
Rosé Champagne
Pour St. Germain into a Champagne flute, then top with bubbly.
Cheers!
