Spiced Tequila Cocktail

After last weekend's Cinco de Mayo/birthday/recital celebrations, it's a wonder I don't feel like I've had enough tequila, but I just can't help exploring all the delicious varieties this spirit has to offer! This spiced pear cocktail was actually designed to be a fall libation, but I love vanilla and cinnamon all year round–don't you? With reposado tequila, pear nectar, honey, lemon juice, cinnamon and a bit of vanilla extract, it's the first time I've seen John perk up at the mention of a cocktail since last weekend–cheers!

    This would have been the perfect drink for my Cinco de Mayo :) I'm not much of a tequila fan but I like it better than caipirinha. I might try this tomorrow. It all depends on the work load hehe. Have a wonderful weekend, friend!
