
Champagne Punch
1 cup triple sec
1 cup brandy
1/2 cup Chambord
2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
1 quart chilled ginger ale
2 chilled 750-ml bottles dry Champagne
Combine triple sec, brandy, Chambord and pineapple juice in a prep bowl. Chill the mixture, covered, for at least 4 hours or overnight. Combine the triple sec mixture, ginger ale and Champagne in a large punch bowl. Add ice cubes just before serving.

Wow, I love this one and even if I am not that into drinks this one sounds like something I would like since I love both pineapple juice and ginger ale! Not to mention Champagne :)
