A classic cocktail, the Brandy Alexander is rich, boozy and sweet–code for perfect for cozying up with on a Friday night.
Brandy Alexander
1 1/2 oz brandy
3/4 oz crème de cacao
3/4 oz heavy cream
Combine brandy, crème de cacao and heavy cream in a cocktail shaker with ice; shake for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.

Notes: Brandy is your star in this cocktail, but if you prefer your cocktail a bit sweeter, you can add up to a full ounce of crème de cacao. Cheers!
