Peachy, sweet and full of gin? Count me in!

Peaches & Cream Gin Fizz

1 1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
3/4-1 oz syrup
1/2 oz heavy cream
fresh peach, pitted, skinned and cubed
1 egg white
vanilla extract
soda water

Muddle three 1" cubes of peach with simple syrup, then add gin, lemon and lime juice, cream and egg white, along with a few drops of vanilla extract. Shake vigorously without ice for 10 seconds, then add ice and shake for 10 seconds. Double strain into a Collins glass and top with soda.

Notes: We use Plymouth for cocktails with other strong flavors, so you won't be overwhelmed by gin, but anything you have on hand would be delicious in this concoction. Cheers!
