Emily and Justin

"Spectacularly classic"–just my type! Inspired by Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, Emily and Justin married at The University Club of Milwaukee in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; built in 1929, it was the perfect venue for this couple's romantic celebration.

Emily wore a crepe de chine column and teal pumps from BHLDN paired with a Victoria Sdoukos Couture Bridal veil. Her bridesmaids wore silk taffeta dresses from J.Crew and flower girls looked darling in dresses from Zita Bridal Salon and wildflower crowns by florist freshdesign. Justin and his groomsmen wore seersucker suits from Jos. A. Bank with swiss dot ties and white bucks, while the ring bearer was handsome in a Crewcuts suit, shirt and bowtie.

After saying their "I dos", guests found the traditional ballroom softened by moss, curtains of amaranthus and candlelight created by freshdesign, and after dinner, there was dancing to music by Les Artistes. A four tier buttercream confection topped with a traditional bride and groom from Simma’s Bakery was a sweet end to a perfectly planned evening, beautifully captured through Anna Page Photography's lens.

An enormous thank you to Anna, for sharing your work with us–tell me, what's your favorite detail from this singular celebration?

  1. My favorite detail is all the seersucker! They made it look so elegant. I'm also smitten with her gorgeous veil :)
