I love the classics, and a vintage-inspired wedding that absolutely nails it is such a treat–which is why I just can't get enough of this wedding!
After a heartfelt proposal over a homemade dinner, the pair started planning a celebration that showcased their fondness for all things vintage, particularly 60's dance music. They chose the Ontario Heritage Centre in
Toronto to host the ceremony and reception, and worked with Marilyn Mirabelli
of Urban Fare Catering & Food Shop, who planned the event and catered their family-style meal! The bride wore a 60s dress from Posh Girl Vintage, paired with glittering Enzo Angiolini slingbacks, a birdcage veil from Hems and Bustles and a fur shrug. The New Leaf Flowers created bouquets and boutonnieres of peonies, hydrangeas and ranunculus accented by dusty miller and baby's breath that absolutely took my breath away, and Good to the Last Crumb covered the wedding cake in buttercream hydrangea petals. The bride's favorite moment of the night was singing "Don't Stop Believing" with family and friends, but I'm just delighted Tied Photo & Film was there to capture all these gorgeous photos, and was generous enough to share them with me!
Tell me, what's your favorite detail? I'm wild about the photos with the orange tulips, and simply smitten with the bride's bouquet!
