Pink Russian

Friday, June 15, 2012

Grapefruit and campari are some of my favorite flavors–and it's only fair to feature a vodka cocktail every so often. Besides, isn't that photo dreamy?

Pink Russian

1 1/2 oz vodka
8 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
1 oz Campari

Combine in a shaker with ice; shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a glass with ice, and garnish with a grapefruit slice.

This cocktail is heavy on the juice, which makes it the perfect weekend libation. Feel free to find a sunny spot and nurse one all afternoon–cheers!
