Gingham

Thursday, April 26, 2012

Years of preppy surroundings have given me an appreciation for cable knits, tasseled loafers and pearl studs–to say nothing of argyle, blackwatch and gingham! I just love the pairing of an impeccably tailored tuxedo with this casual bowtie and pocket square–perfect for an East Coast celebration, don't you think?

Are you influenced by the fashions of your hometown, or look elsewhere for inspiration?

  5. I was influenced the casual, easy-going look when I lived in San Diego & I've held tight to it despite being back in the dress-to-the-nines NYC area!

  14. I'm still fighting fashion here. As much as I love breezy dresses I miss my booties and trench coats. I agree with the last comment ;)
