Carolyn and Tom

It's that time of year when I start dreaming about a summer getaway, and John and I have discussed Rome, London, Scotland and of course, Paris. I've actually got my heart set on a quiet beach far from civilization, but this Parisian engagement shoot is making mid-morning macarons from Ladurée and afternoons at the Louvre quite a temptation!

Carolyn chose a slate jacquard dress from White House Black Market, and Tom wore a slim-cut Zara suit with linen tie stripped off a mannequin at Express. The well-dressed pair then joined their photographer, Juliane Berry, for photos in the Louvre Courtyard and down the Pont des Arts to the covered walkway of the Pont de Bir-Hakeim, with the Eiffel Tower in this distance.

Don't these stunning snapshots make you want to book the very next flight to Paris?

  22. The sepia tones are quite nice. Gives it a very antique-y feel and look. I'm a sucker for that.

  23. you know, for a brief period, Tiho and I considered doing our second official wedding in paris. Intimate with just twenty of our nearest and dearest. We've since decided on another route but now that I'm thinking about it, I really can't seem to let the fantasy go..
