I caught a glimpse of Laura and TJ's garden wedding on Ruffled a few months ago and squirreled the memory away; it surfaced when I thought about A Crimson Kiss' first real wedding feature, and I made my way to Lisa Rigby's blog to see more of her work. While it might be a bit early to say I've picked my wedding photographer, I did fall head over heels for her gorgeous photographs–and really, can you blame me?

Ironically our wedding was a destination wedding so we found ours on Craigs List and once we checked out her website - it was on! She is truly wonderful!!
ReplyDeleteLisa's work is absolutely stunning! And she's just as wonderful in person too!
ReplyDeleteWhat lovely shoes! I want to marry with shoes with lots of personality to balance out a more traditional dress.
ReplyDeleteI think this is one of my favorite weddings you've ever posted! I love the bride's dress and shoes, and the combination of pink and red flowers is so girly, but modern. Absolutely dreamy!
ReplyDeleteLove that wedding cake!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm smitten with those sparkly heels and ruffly cake!
ReplyDeleteI'm loving those sparkly shoes! What a sweet garden wedding. We had an easy time choosing our photographer: my brother-in-law who is a professional wedding photographer :-)

ReplyDeleteOH the wedding is SOO pretty! I just love the pink and white and how elegant yet simple it is. <3
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Pics! I love weddings! Such a happy time!
ReplyDeleteI say my photographer's work on a blog and then an ad on the neo traditionalist, and I just went for it. If you love the work, go for it. These pictures are fabulous. I love them. And also, I love the pink. xo
ReplyDeleteThe photography is amazing but oh my word, those flowers! Love them and how perfectly they fit with the rose bushes and surrounding gardens. Swoon. By the way, we got lucky because our photographer was a really good friend of ours (which meant I felt really comfortable with her). She was a trooper too--shot our wedding 8 months pregnant!
ReplyDeleteSo classic! And what a lovely set of glitter heels.
ReplyDeleteI'm a little in love with this wedding - the colors, the flowers, the darling couple, and the amazing venue are just perfect. I may be a bit biased because it's a NH wedding, though;)
ReplyDeleteWhat a fabulous wedding. The bride looks stunning!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous flowers - bouquet and centerpieces, cake, and I love those shoes, they have to be Kate Spade right?
ReplyDeleteGlitter shoes, ruffle cake, and big beautiful blooms... the combo for perfection.
ReplyDeleteI'm smitten with those glitter heels! This is just lovely. I chose our photographer because they were also friends and I loved their style. I wish I had better advice because it is tough! I know you'll find an amazing one! :)
ReplyDeleteLena honestly has your style {in my humble opinion} written all over it. Not the colors, but the styling if that makes sense. It's such a classic look. The colors are beautiful and the floral touches are perfect. I really cannot wait for you to blog about your own wedding!XO
ReplyDeleteDear Lena, happy to see the new layout of your blog!!! And I see, still the most stunning shoes can be found only on your blog!!!I was in Spain during the holidays and told my sister about your lovely shoes and weddings!!! happy 2012

What a beautiful blog you have!! I love it! I hope you don't mind, but I've credited your site (and the photographer) of one of your photos on Marrily.com/blog :) I'm posting on venues and I ADORE the white chapel with Laura & TJ! Blogging all things wedding there, so please let me know if we can be of any assistance if you work with wedding planning! Thank you, Megan
