Simply divine, don't you think? There's nothing like a dreamy arrangement of peonies and hydrangeas to kick off the week!

I'll admit, this weekend didn't exactly get off on the right foot–I lost my wallet, which certainly made the end of the work week feel just as hectic as the beginning. John made sure the blow was cushioned with plenty of wonderful meals: tacos at Mexico au Parc for lunch on Friday followed by an Indian feast, a late and very long Persian lunch and plenty of bubbles on Saturday, and a much needed brunch on Sunday morning.

And it wasn't all stress eating-this is my birthday week! John has gifts for me sprinkled around the house-you wouldn't blame me if I took a peek (or two), would you?

Tell me, what were you up to this weekend?
