Kristi Bonnici's veils and accessories are nothing short of lovely-embellished combs, birdcage veils scattered with stephanotis blooms and delicately placed crystals fill her shop. My favorite piece combines an over-sized bow and plenty of pearls–
the Wrapped Up in Your Love birdcage veil and it's doppelgänger,
the Little Lolita, have been a near constant preoccupation of mine for the past few days!
Tell me, do you love a cathedral length veil trimmed in lace, a crown of fresh flowers or a simple jeweled clip for the big day?
I simply adore this oversized bow with pearls!! Actually, I never pictured myself wearing a veil whatsoever & then I ended up with one.. It was actually a mantilla that ran the length of my train. I loved it!

Oooh, that bow is super glam. I still don't have a veil plan. With most dresses that I drowse I have an opinion, but with my dress I just can't decide. So lets me, I am still clueless on shoes, veil, bridesmaid dresses and a DJ. Sigh. xoxo
ReplyDeleteOh my! that oversize bow looks so chic!
ReplyDeleteI think when the time comes, I'll go for the cathedral length veil!
i love that big bow, so vintage and chic! xoxo jillian:: cornflake dreams
ReplyDeleteOh dear! I am LOVING the Little Lolita!
ReplyDeleteI'm opting for two headpieces on my big day: a cathedral length veil trimmed in lace for the wedding ceremony AT a cathedral and a pretty fascinator or comb for the reception.
I was lucky enough to wear my mom's veil, bought originally in Spain in 1977. It was still in great condition and not quite cathedral length, but trimmed in delicate Spanish lace. Lovely!
ReplyDeleteI do love a birdcage veil for a simple wedding.
I've always loved birdcage veils best!
ReplyDeleteThis oversized bow looks absolutely delicious!!
ReplyDeleteOn my way to check out the site for more lovelies like this one!!
Man, she has a rocking tan, too. I love the hair statement via accessories as opposed to the traditional veil. Beautious.
ReplyDeleteBows and pearls are two of my favorite things! I am so on the fence about veils for myself someday...I think the dress will decide for me! :)

Just lovely! Classic beauty with a touch of romance.
ReplyDeleteI prefer no veil for myself, but I think they are all lovely. We need a wedding in every season, and a veil in everything length!
ReplyDeleteSo so pretty! I would have loved to worn jewels or a pretty lace veil but it didn't go with my wedding. Love the birdcage veil trend right now too.

I had a median length veil...very think, no lace...just simple. Definitely fit my style. I swear I trip over the cathedral length one. Those things are insane!!!!
ReplyDeleteI prefer long veils but if I could have two weddings then I would wear a tea length dress pink shoes, anda short veil...not that I have given it much thought
ReplyDeleteI didn't wear a veil, but this one is so pretty – and modern!
ReplyDeleteStunning!!!
ReplyDeleteI honestly wish you didn't have to get married to wear stuff like this!! It's so pretty! xo
ReplyDeleteI really love the look of birdcage veils, but they all looked so silly on me (or so I thought) that I finally opted for no veil!
ReplyDeleteUm, that's awesome. And so is her tan and freckles!
ReplyDeleteI think they all can be so perfect depending on the dress and feel of the wedding, however, I am a sucker for a cathedral length veil.

oh gosh. I think i could spend HOURS looking and trying on different pieces! I am not sure what Id do... guess it depends on the dress??
ReplyDeleteI love bows and I love pearls so this is a win for me.
ReplyDeleteI'd like a redo please so I can wear this exact bow and pearl number. How incredibly stunning is this?! I need to go check out this designer like yesterday. xo
ReplyDeleteThat is SO lovely!! I think if I had a redo I'd be going for a birdcage style veil.
ReplyDeleteLovbe short veils (bows are perfect) and laced 1920s-style veils! But I actually adore flowers crowns too! They're romantic, easy and a little whimsy!
ReplyDeleteHugs,my sweet friend.

THIS IS SO GORGEOUS!!!!! I am either going to go with something short and sweet like this one or a bohemian crystal headband!
ReplyDeleteadorable immages...
ReplyDeleteget out, that is the best veil ever. Any time you put a big bow and dots together, you've got me. I would wear that with my pajamas.
