The bride wore a ruffled confection from Melissa Sweet, the perfect compliment to the full bouquet of peonies designed by Greenwich Orchids that she and her attendants carried. Inspired by their creamy palette, bridesmaids also wore long white gowns from J.Crew, while the groom and his attendants wore classic Christian Dior tuxedos.
After a ceremony overlooking the lush green lawn, guests toasted the newlyweds at their tented reception; caterer Aux Delices laid out a spread worthy of a West Egg affair. Bob Merrill & His Orchestra and DJ Vinny Vulcano provided bursts of Big Band sound, while day-of coordinator Erin Mills ensured that everything ran smoothly. And of course, we would be lost without the work of Joshua Zuckerman, who captured each stunning moment and was kind enough to share these images with me!

ReplyDeletelife spelled jen
how pretty! I love that color blue in the ring too :) White dresses for all huh? not sure Im onboard for that look. but it is very lovely
ReplyDeletethis is a truly beautiful wedding. but I have to admit that I think the ring is really bad. Could be a very expensive aqua marine or a very cheap blue termoline. If I were going to wear a ring like that it would have to be a stone where there was no doubt about what side of the volcano they got it from. Actually really could be CZ...I am not a fan.( of the ring .. all else was beautiful.)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous dress! Looks like a beautiful evening!

lord have mercy! that ring just melted my heart. okay this whole event did. f scott fitzgerald is right--this looks like something straight out of gatsby. in total love.
ReplyDeleteHeavens! This is an amazing wedding! Adore her ring and her dress, too!
ReplyDeleteI love the white bridesmaid dresses and the simple rings. The picture of the bride and the bridesmaids rocking out before the wedding is my favorite!
ReplyDeleteI have a secret. A few days after T proposed, I thought "I want our wedding to be featured on Lena's blog when it happens." True story. I'm either 1). a nutcase; 2). way too immersed in social media; 3). happy to call you a friend. (I diagnosed myself as a combination of all three, with nutcase taking the obvious lead)
ReplyDeleteI think I was just convinced that white, green, and gold are THE perfect wedding palette!
ReplyDeleteSo so sweet! I adore the bridemaids bedroom photo! And how refreshing to see bridesmaids in white as well, they look stunning!
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't have thought that much white would work, truth be told. But it does, and it's so chic. Hooray for them!
