While the drop-waist dresses, feather fascinators and pre-Prohibition era cocktails are irresistible, I'm not sure there's anything more divine than a 1920s engagement ring! Featuring Old European cut diamonds, milgrain details and a singular personality, I think Deco engagement rings are simply dreamy! My favorite places to browse, besides the wonderful estate shops in San Francisco? Erstwhile Jewlery Co., where I spotted this beauty, Doyle & Doyle, and 1st Dibs, which represents jewelry dealers from major cities-it's the perfect place to scout estate pieces online that you can actually try on in person!

    It's the ones with the tiny details, the ones that look like they have the most character, the ones with the story to tell that always have me dreaming.

    yep, that's perfection. I was looking on Erstwhile's site a while ago and am completely in love with all of their Deco pieces. definitely a style I would love to have for a ring!

    UGH! I die! I am IN love with these styles of rings. I relaly cant have anything else.. {hint hint guy out there} My great Grandmothers ring which I'll inherrite is from Aug/1910.

    stunning! Tiho said that although he prefers a more modern look, he knew I really liked the art deco style, so he designed my ring setting with a bit of influence from the era. I love that he came up with a classic + vintage-inspired combination.
