Welcome Wreath

Monday, June 13, 2011

This weekend, I discovered a tiny hole in our front door, perfect for hanging a wreath. I decided to replace the missing nail and hung a boxwood wreath to bring a bit of green from the outside in, but when I saw this gorgeous rose wreath, I was absolutely stopped in my tracks!

In addition to wreaths, our weekend was filled with delicious meals, couples yoga (I have officially transformed my Texan) and lots of time curled up next to each other. Sometimes you just need a lazy weekend, don't you think? What were you up to, darlings?

  1. Funny you mention couples yoga because last weekend my guy gave me a gift certificate to take some yoga classes. And he decided to take them with me! I'm really excited as I've never done yoga before, but I hear it has such great benefits.

That wreath is just gorgeous. I imagine it gives off a welcoming vibe to anyone who's entering!

  4. Ooo, I love this wreath. Wreaths are so 'homey' to me. Is that a word? ha ha. Anyhoo, I had a great weekend. Just lots of family time + running errands. But it was relaxing. Plus my hubby had friday off which was nice! xo, Chrissy.

  17. I firmly believe there are wreath people and non wreath people. I am so happy to see you are a wreath person. I think it says a lot about a person.

  27. First, I love the wreath and want to make a summery one for our door. Second, we also had lots of curl up time this weekend and both got home from work today with sheepish smiles and lots of sweet kisses because "we missed all of the curl up time from the weekend." We're complete saps and proud of it.
