Polka Dots and Platinum

Monday, May 2, 2011

Tulips and lily of the valley, paired with polka dots and a platinum engagement ring-it's so classic, I just can't resist!

Even though I was sure this weekend would be mellower than the ones before, John's semester is coming to a dramatic end without any gradual slowing! Rehearsals and recitals, one after the other-although it did give me plenty of time to sleep in, read and practice.

What were you up to this weekend?

  31. So flattered you found this - this is actually my wedding! Thanks for all the comments on the boquet and dress. It was an INCREDIBLY fun dress to wear! More pics of it's awesome shape on martha stewart (thank you amsale!).

One comment, the ring is yellow gold (some find that odd, but gold is more me and really goes with my coloring). Also, after the wedding, I took the diamonds that were in the engagement band to create another wedding band so I have lots of options!
