Add blueberries and mint, then serve.
Notes: The longer you let this lemonade stand, the more the flavors will mix and mingle. Whip up this easy recipe in the morning and it will be perfect with lunch! Missing your Friday night cocktail? Just add a ounce or two of vodka to each glass, then stir!

ReplyDeleteI loved your comment on my body image post. that is such a difficult thing to go through, but unfortunately it is becoming more and more common for women and young girls to find themselves in that same position. It is sad that media continues to spread such a poisonus message, and women still continue to eat it up and see that as the norm. I don't think I'll ever meet any women who thinks the media is portraying a healthy and beautiful image of women - and yet, everyone is still so intrigued by it and let's it run their lives! If only we could turn it all around...I'd love to see celebs and other people in the spotlight for how they truly are, curves and all! Anyway, hearing your story was great and I really respect the things you have dealt with and hope you are able to say you are strong and happy with yourself today! You are beautiful and lovely!
