a Lovely Token

One of John's favorite things to collect are cufflinks; he has three pairs of the same classic mother of pearl links! It certainly makes gift-giving easy though, since the possibilities for creative cufflinks are almost endless. One of my favorite resources for terrific man-gifts is the Berkeley-based Tokens & Icons; made from recycled materials like subway tokens, collectible coins, aircraft parts and typewriter keys, there's something for everyone with a French cuff!

  2. I love this idea. I once saw cuff links made out of bleacher wood from Wrigley Field. It's such a creative treasure for the men!

  7. Mr. Branflake has so many cufflinks! I always give them to him for gifts. It makes him feel a little more special. Very handsome on a man, I think.

In fact, I gave him his first pair for our wedding. They have his initials engraved in them.

  8. oh wow, this sounds so great! cufflinks are of lot of importance to adult men, I have noticed. this sound too unique to be missed.
once i noticed a cufflink which looked like a tennis court, complete with the net and ball. i think women should incorporate cufflinks in work wear.

  9. Miss Pancake, I agree! I have just one shirt with a french cuff (from the Brooks Brothers boy's section!) and I love to wear it with my only pair of cufflinks-a beautiful beaded gold pair I bought in Columbia!
