a Cameo

This letterpressed cameo invitation suite by Michelle & Dent is so lovely; I confess to taking a peek at it at least once a day, and more often on seemingly endless afternoons. The boy and girl at the bottom of the invitation are charming, and I love the clever addition of a silver setting on the R.S.V.P. postcard.

Besides, who could resist the wedding invitation of Elizabeth Bennet and William Darcy? They feature your favorite couples from film and literature in their stationery offerings; I'm partial to the confetti-covered invitation to Sabrina Fairchild and Linus Larrabee's fabulous Parisian fête!

  3. Regency-era gowns, of course! I love the idea that the little silhouettes could be childhood Mr Darcy and Elizabeth!

  4. Oh man! Anything with Mr. Darcy would have me swooning- even if its his own wedding invitation. Ha! I do love the simplicity of it. I agree though that a Linus and Sabrina invitation is pretty sweet.

  5. Such beautiful invites! I really love the buttons :)

ps. the church we were married in was indeed Orthodox, Greek Orthodox. But we didn't have an Orthodox ceremony, it was a protestant one.

  9. That sure is lovely! Not only the letterpressed cameos, but also the fact that the text is gray. So much nicer than the normal black or dark brown that seems so common on invites today...
