No 525: a Brunch!

Friday, May 21, 2010

Today while I whipped up a classic Hollandaise sauce for Mr Wonderful's eggs benedict, the most delightful thought came to me; while a rehearsal dinner is certainly traditional, why not make your rehearsal meal the one you like best? We would certainly chose brunch over any other, and it would leave the rest of the day free for nail appointments, a game of golf, or an afternoon with your soon-to-be husband!

  1. That is a brilliant idea!! We felt so rushed the night before with the rehearsal, wanting to spend as much time as possible with family and friends but also wanting to be awake the next day. A brunch would have been so much better!

  3. Audrey, you can drink whatever you want. You know I'd never schedule an event that started before 10am.

I don't know if everyone would go for a brunch rehearsal, but I have to give it a shot! Plus, wouldn't a brunch be so much less expensive than dinner? The wine costs alone terrify me.
