This lovely wedding took place at River Farm in Alexandria, VA, and the bride, who is a fashion stylist in the Big Apple had a hand in its gorgeous execution. From the Vera Wang gown to the Louboutin shoes, the juxtaposition of high style and down-home comfort makes this wedding shine. The images of Elizabeth, her bridesmaids and her father just before the ceremony are so incredible they took my breath away when I first saw them.The kids table, stocked with bubbles, pinwheels, coloring books and kid-friendly eats is a great way to let youngsters attend the wedding without their parents feeling constant pressure to occupy them. I've been loving all the vintage dinnerware we've been seeing in recent weddings, and how gorgeous are the centerpieces? Plus, incorporating the fabulous chiffon flower from her shoes to her hair piece and the favors is genius.
