This Romona Keveza gown from the Spring 2010 is giving me heart palpitations. It's so much more over-the-top than any dress I imagine myself in, but it's also just so beautiful. Dropped waist, sweetheart neckline with that incredible lace detailing, and who could ignore the ruffles? Just gorgeous.
